Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu
Day 03: Sightseeing and Fly to Nepalgunj (450m). Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Fly to Simikot in the morning. Then trek to Dharapuri. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 05: Trek to Kermi. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Yalbang Gompa. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 07: Trek to Tumkot. Overnight at tented tented camp.
Day 08: Trek to Thado Dhunga. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 09: Trek over Nara La Pass (4450 meters.) and trek down to Hilsa (Nepal – Tibet border). Overnight at tented camp.
Day 10: Cross the border. Drive to Purang (Taklakot). Rest at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Drive to Manasarovar Lake. Overnight at guest house.
Day 12: Drive to Darchen. Overnight at guest house.
Day 13: Trek to Derapuk. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 14: Trek over Dolma La pass (5800 meters.) and trek down to Zudulpuk. Overnight at tented camp
Day 15: Trek about 10 km. Then drive to Prayang. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 16: Drive to Nyalam. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 17: Drive to Zhangmu. After completing Chinese immigration drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 18: Kathmandu

Day 19: Fly home
